A person can be unattractive in accordance with their cultural standards, but if they have the fire of enthusiasm, people will like them. Enthusiasm is contagious and it moves stones, it charms and there is no victory without it.

A MEDITATION TO RELEASE THE PAST - FORGIVE YOURSELF - AND FLY HIGH
I am a Humming Bird (Choose a Colour)
Attached to my two legs are chords attached to all the things that hold me back from achieving my dreams
The things may be relationships, events,or Karma or ego or even things I hold most dear and precious.
Some are very heavy some are light.
As I try to fly, I cannot, I try to cut the chords but cannot cut them all.
I call for help.
An Angel dressed in pink appears next to me with her crystal laser wand.
She smiles at me and asks do I really want to fly high and achieve my visions and my dreams.
I tell her yes
She smiles and tells me she will ask me some questions. Only my answers can activate the Laser wand she carries.
She looks at the first weight attached to me and asks me to give it a name.
She asks me do I want to release it with love
She asks me do I forgive myself for allowing this to hold me back
She asks me to I accept that I allowed the weight to hold me back
She asks me do I accept full responsibility for my situation
She asks me do I forgive the person or event for any hurt I may have suffered.
She asks me do I want the person or event to live in love and find their loving destiny
She asks me am I prepared to leave the past behind me starting now
She asks me do I really want to let the person, relationship or challenge go with love
She asks me am I prepared to live without the person, situation or event in my life from NOW
She asks me do I want to send unconditional love to all
At that the laser activated and dissolves the chords and as the weight falls away it turns into a pink and white feather and is blown away by the wind. The feather is found by the person who needs it and starts a loving existence free of attachment to me - But it may be the feather comes back to ME
The Pink angel repeats this with every challenge
and only as I answer
I DO to every question does the laser activate and dissolve the chord and the weight turn into a feather.
Sometimes I cannot answer I DO to every question and the Laser does not activate. The angel smiles at me and lovingly says - Its OK when you are ready - but you cannot fly and reach you highest potential until you release every attachments no matter how important you think it is.
Only by releasing can you find your self.
In a relationship only by releasing with love can you find the relationship you seek - and it my be the one you release.
Slowly I realize the angel is right and I am able to answer every question with
Then I fly
As I rise I transform from a Humming Bird into an Eagle
I own the sky.
I am free
The past is free
I AM LOVE
I AM LIGHT
I AM NEW
I AM ME
LOVE a word we are afraid to use in Malaysia with anyone we do not have an emotional relationship with. We are conditioned to avoid loving relationships with anyone other that the person we are “in love with” or our Parents and or Children.
One of the fundamental laws of healing is love - unconditional love, not that which is generally found in our society. This type of Love is not possessive and does not look to control another. This love gives itself equally to everyone, not more to one than another. Like the sun, this love shines as much for the bad as the good.
Spiritually evolved people know that love is the highest form of feeling that we can share with another person and that the power of love can transform any situation.
We can send love to a person that we dislike. We do not have to start liking a person who hurts us but we can send “LOVE” to the person because as we do we transform ourselves.
As we learn about the power of love we come to understand that we are using this power to transform the way we interact with that person and how that person interacts with us.
This power transforms difficult situations at work and anywhere
The power of love has been used effectively worldwide to transform difficult relationships, heal illness, develop more self confidence, to protect a person or property, build their businesses, increase their sales, find lost money, discover a creative idea, sell real estate, rent a home, find a job, and finish a difficult project. Think of a seemingly impossible situation that you are currently facing and use the following exercise to let love transform this circumstance in your life.
Whether or not you can see a clear imagine does not matter. The process will work just as well if you simply think about the things that I am suggesting you visualize.
What is critical is that you combine the thought (image or words) with a positive emotion. Really feel the emotion of joy and happiness as you see yourself celebrating the success of this experiment.
You may want to read the following information into a tape recorder and play it back for guidance. Or you can simply read the following instructions a step at a time, stopping to do the suggestions then continue reading the next step until you have completed the process.
These notes are to help you use the spiritual power of love to find solutions to seemingly impossible situations.
This Exercise is in How to Discover Breakthrough Solutions to Seemingly Impossible Situations
• Choose a difficult situation in your life, one that you would like to transform.
• Take a moment to relax.
• Close your eyes and become aware of the sensations you feel in your body.
• Once again notice how your body feels touching the chair or bed.
• Take a few deep breaths.
• Think now of the situation you would like to change,
• Imagine you can send love and light to this situation.
• You might pick a symbol to represent these circumstances. For instance, if you are having trouble with your finances, you might use a Ringgit sign.
• Visualize love and light surrounding the situation. You might see the color pink surrounding the symbol or situation like a warm blanket.
• Imagine this situation being resolved in a positive way. You do not need to know how it will be resolved, simply imagine that a positive solution is on its way.
• See yourself telling a friend about the success of this exercise. The force of love has created a wonderful solution to this problem.
• Imagine yourself joyfully celebrating the transformation of this circumstance.
• Feel the happiness.
• Let the image go.
• Repeat this exercise every day for two weeks.
• If, throughout your day you find yourself worrying about this seemingly impossible situation, remind yourself that love works and imagine how you will feel when the positive solution arrives. You do not have to know how things will work out, simply imagine that they will
For the next few minutes, choose any other situations to which you would like to send love. Remember to see the circumstances in your mind’s eye or simply think about them.
Surround them with love and light and see the situation resolved in a positive way. See yourself telling friends about the success of this experiment. Feel the happiness as you celebrate the power of love in your life. Work with as many situations as you would like.
Do this exercise at least once a day. Two or three times a day will bring quicker results. You will get positive results, but you may need to continue to use the force of love if you want the changes to become permanent.
You can modify this exercise for ANY situation. It is called The Five Minute Miracle. We are not changing the other person. We are using the power of unconditional love to change a situation between ourselves and the person or event or challenge. We are controlling OUR Environment.
Keep this article with you and use it every time you encounter a seemingly difficult and impossible situation. It works all the time but we have to do it to make it work.
Ask yourself this question. Do I want an unbearable situation to continue or is it worth 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes of my time every day to make a loving change in the situation at work, at home, with another person or child?
When Thich Nhat Hanh speaks about love we are reminded that it is the most precious thing we can give the ones we love is our mindfulness, our attention, our presence. Listening more attentively is an act of love with those we care about. What we have to give each other is our open-heartened attention in the present moment.
How often do we live in the past or the future, and not in the present moment? When Buddhists talk about mindfulness they refer to a state of awareness that is fully in the present moment. Instead of daydreaming fantasizing, replaying the episodes of traumas or celebrations we can learn to focus on the present moment. And just send LOVE to the person we are thinking or concerned about
To close this week: Nature always brings a new look to our world as we see the cycles of creation — a world that is constantly renewing and restoring itself. Sometimes by just walking into a garden gives the feeling of a prayer. Our life is the garden we plant and grow in co-creation with the Divine. By taking time to see the garden of our lives with new eyes, we can restore ourselves to an awareness of God’s presence with everything. Sometimes we thing that praying is to ask God for something, but at its best prayer is the quieting of our mind and heart — letting go of what is disturbing our peace. Opening ourselves to divine right action, we gain a new perspective and we are able to surrender the smallness of our fears, limited thinking and lack of faith. ABRAHAM HESCHEL writes, “We do not step out of the world when we pray; we merely see the world in a different setting.”
Remember EVERY DAY IN EVERY WAY IN MY BODY MIND AND SPIRIT I AM IN PERFECT BALANCE WITH THE DIVINE UNIVERSE

I share this with you including my friends around the world. Although is was written for Malaysia's National Day it has a message for us all
THANK YOU By Jaguar Speaks
I want to take a short break from our Crystal Series as we celebrate National Day this coming week to raise the good vibrations of our Nation. I want to encourage everyone to start saying thank you for everything.
Thank you means “I unconditionally love and accept you and what you have shared with me” (remember we talked about the power of unconditional Love a few weeks ago).
To open the door of happiness and health we need to relearn the secret and energy in “Thank you”.
To say thank you is to accept that everything we receive from the Universe (God) is to help us achieve our life's vision. (Another way of looking at GOD is “Good Orderly Direction”.)
Thank you means we accept the learning. Thank you means accepting the past. Thank you means opening the door to the future. Thank you means I am happy now – no matter what may have happened. No matter what the circumstance.
I am happy. I am life. I am love. I am one.
I always want to do the best for myself. The best for myself has to mean the best for others whom I connect with, as we are all one.
I no longer need rewards and recognition because of my thankful approach to life (But I thankfully receive it, if it is given freely.)
In helping myself I help all.
In being thankful myself I create thankfulness in all.
I acknowledge that within me is all the power I need to live a productive life in service to others. Then I experience life to the full.
I become a giver instead of a taker.
A giver is always thankful. And attracts other giving people into their life.
A taker is thankful only when they get what they want (as opposed to need) and wants are never satisfied. They also attract other takers into their life.
A thankful person is also a forgiving person. It is impossible to be thankful and hold a grudge or ill feeling to anyone (including myself).
When I remember I am one with all and one is all, I have to be thankful.
Being thankful is my divine gift. It is my birthright to be thankful.
Givers always receive and are thankful for everything they receive. Givers say thank you and recognize those who give to them. Givers give gifts unconditionally without expectation of reciprocation. They know the universe is never in debt to anyone. Givers know that whatever we give unconditionally will always return to us multiplied just as long as our gift is unconditional.
Takers are stealers. They always want and never have enough. (And sometimes they try to masquerade as givers.)
There is a reason the indigenous people of the world start their day everyday by giving thanks. They know and prove every day that by saying thank you in advance they guarantee everything they want will come to them, as they need it.
Everything – food, water, healing – all things.
They acknowledge the seven directions of life. North, South, East and West, Heaven and Earth. And, finally and perhaps the most important, Myself.
We keep our power by giving unconditional love in everything and saying thank you.
Part of the reason I wanted to write this article this week is that, as a Nation, we need to relearn the art of Thank You. One of the first words I learnt in the Malay Language was “Terima kasih”. Today we tend to tend to shorten it to “Ma kasih” and in doing so perhaps we are robbing the expression of its energy and so robbing ourselves.
As we celebrate National Day this week, send a SMS to those who are special (business, family, friends, bosses, co-workers and everyone you know) and just say thank you.
Say thank you to your friends, male and female, of every religion and race.
Say thank you just because you are thankful.
Say thank you because you live in Malaysia.
Say thank you that you can share and enjoy the beauty of Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism and Christianity because you live in Malaysia.
Say thank you to our retiring Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamed. Better yet, why not send him a small crystal. A crystal given in love and thanks is one of the best ways of saying thank you to someone.
We have seen that crystals are not expensive so send the PM a crystal to his office in Putra Jaya with a note that says, “We are one, thank you.”
Regardless of our race, religion or political preference, send a small crystal to the Prime Minister. You may also want to send a thank you to the Deputy Prime Minister to thank him for what he is going to do in leading our nation to greater heights.
Lets start a thank you-athon. Write letters to the newspapers and say thank you for something. In our schools, colleges and universities, let’s start thank you-athons.
Just imagine what we could achieve if started saying thank you for everything instead of always asking for everything. Perhaps we might even be more prosperous.
At the KL World Peace Conference recently one of the speakers shared that in our world today we have just enough religion to hate one another but not enough religion to love one another.
Let us show the world that in Malaysia all our religions encourage us to love one another and are thankful for all we have.
Let's make sure all our vibrations are good.
I have been doing some research into the ancient traditions and the power of one. We know that computers all over the world communicate using a binary code made up of 01.
“One” is that name given by the indigenous peoples to the supreme being before the names coined by various religions.
On National Day let's remind ourselves that we are one! (It is our 46th Birthday, which adds to one!) As a nation we are perfect (we just have to believe it).
In my e-mails I now include the following affirmation. I use it to start my mediations. I also use it at the start of every training program as it reinforces that all of us are one as opposed to the race or religion we freely choose to practice:
“We are all one. When one is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are healed. Therefore in the name of who I am, and I am one with all, I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned happen through all dimensions, time and space in the way that is for the highest good. I give thanks that this is done!”
The reason for including this affirmation is to reinforce my oneness with everyone in Malaysia and on the Earth. It is my way of saying thank you to everyone and everything and to give freely without expectation of any reward.
This week in the spirit of oneness with all I am suggesting it is time to change our daily affirmation that we have been using for nearly a year now (yes it has been a year with this issue).
Join with me in saying thank you this National Day. Be a giver not a taker! The rewards of giving far surpass the short-term gains of those who take.
Malaysia is and should remain a giver to the World. In doing so we will receive from the world.
My Closing thought: We all carry within us the ingredient that assures happiness today. We can project an attitude of gladness or regret. We can be grateful for our blessings or resentful. We offer love to our fellow Malaysians or harbour envy. When we enter a situation with loving acceptance of whatever we encounter, we discover our inner beauty and strength. Being happy is an option always at our fingertips. It means accepting responsibility for everything in our life. As a Nation we are arriving at our national emotional maturity. Let us never again wait for someone else to make us happy at a national or personal level and never again make excuses for our destiny. We and we alone are responsibility for our future.
We will return to Crystals in the next issue. In the meantime enjoy your time in your Crystal Circle – experiment and do what feels right.
Let the jubilation bubble within you, bringing lightness to your being. Feel from the tips of your toes and fingers the movement through all parts of your body as the vibration of energy lightly dances our way through your systems.
Thank you for making a difference. Thank you for letting me share with you every two weeks.
Happiness and thankfulness is an endowment not an acquisition.

When we are praying or treating, as metaphysicians like to say, we might have cause to wonder to whom we pray. Is it to a someone or something outside ourselves? Is it to an imaginary figment of our imagination? Such questions give pause for thought. Ernest Holmes has said that prayer is its own answer. This makes sense when we remember that essential to metaphysical belief systems is the element of the Oneness of all life with the Creative Presence. Thee is no place from which the answers can come. They are already inherent in the mind of the one praying, and the very act of praying creates access to the desired awareness. We can think of ourselves as cosmic sponges constantly relaxing the rinds around our porous minds so that the Wisdom, Love and Guidance that we so long for can flow through us. We like the sponge, will catch what we can, and maybe catch some more during the next prayer go-around.
Holmes says that “the approach to Spirit is direct … through our own consciousness.” Since we are the originators and the receivers of the results of prayer, our part in the process is to maintain a gentle focus — prayer should not be hard work — a watchful awareness and a grateful heart. Answers, nuances, nudges come regularly, but we must be mindful of their coming. Obstructions and “dry spells” belong strictly to us, not to a Divine reluctance, and can mean that we must push less, relax more.
“Nothing is too small, nothing too large … stay —and advance!”

The word “affirm” means to form or to make firm, and when we use affirmative prayer we are confirming with our thoughts like cement laid in a cast form. What has been cast in the form when it is removed will be in reality what the form has shaped — so shall our thoughts that have been formed by our belief system materialize into our experience. How do we cast our form?
By the use of verbal affirmations by which we train our thoughts to the form we want to cast. Affirming statements of truth is similar to getting into shape at a gym — it takes time and may not produce results overnight. It depends on what level of vibration the individual is on. But just like at the gym to get to where you want to get, you must do the work consistently.
Whether we realize it or not, each thought that we believe to be true is a prayer, and each of these prayers or thoughts are answered when you add it all together, either positive or negative. Ralph Waldo Emerson wrote:
And though their knees were never bent, hourly to heaven went their prayers and each one answered whether for good or ill.
So in affirming our thoughts which are our prayers we make them solid in form. We want to always keep in mind that a negative thought that we believe to be true will manifest just a s a positive one. By affirming the truth of our being using verbal affirmations we can instill in our belief system that which we desire and want in our lives. As time passes the truth of our affirmations will be automatic in our thinking.
A very important point here; is that everything we could ever want, need, or desire has already been given to us. If that is so, why then don’t we see it? Because we have not claimed and accepted it. There is an important factor that stands between many of us and our good, and that is worthiness, guilt, fear, doubt, unforgiveness and anger.
Realizing that only we can do the work for our rise in consciousness we also need to apprehend the idea that we and our word are indeed powerful. And one way to express that power of our word is through verbally affirming our truth. One of the most powerful words in life is the I AM in which we are stating what we are. This means overcoming guilt, fear, doubt, unforgiveness, hate, anger and seeing ourselves as worthy i.e.,
I AM WORTH LIVING, WORTHY OF BEING LOVED EVERYBODY LOVES ME!
Forgiveness is a whole subject in and of itself, but briefly it is important that we forgive ourselves and others so that we can be free to learn, grow and develop. This can be done a little at a time or all at once in a meditative state or with a verbal affirmation such as I RELEASE THE PASTAND FORGET ALL MY PAST HURTS AND WOUNDS!
Understanding that everything we could aspire, want, desire is ours already — it has already been given to us — we can do away with begging and pleading in prayer. After all it has been given to us therefore it is ours and we would not beg for what already belongs to us would we?
Affirmative prayer is keeping our thoughts (prayers) positive and geared to our desires, aspirations and goals, preparing ourselves to be open and receptive to them. We make sure that our form is filled with positives as we believe to be the truth so that our good is materialized into our lives, exactly as we want.
by Louise Hay
Stop All Criticism - Criticism never changes a thing. Refuse to
criticize yourself. Accept yourself exactly as you are. Everybody
changes. When you criticize yourself, your changes are negative. When
you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.
Don't Scare Yourself - Stop terrorizing yourself with your thoughts.
It's a dreadful way to live. Find a mental image that gives you
pleasure (mine is yellow roses), and immediately switch your scary
thought to a pleasure thought.
Be Gentle And Kind And Patient - Be gentle with yourself. Be kind to
yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of
thinking. Treat yourself as you would someone you really loved.
Be Kind To Your Mind - Self hatred is only hating your own
thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. Gently
change your thoughts.
Praise Yourself - Criticism breaks down the inner spirit. Praise
builds it up. Praise yourself as much as you can. Tell yourself how
well you are doing with every little thing.
Support Yourself - Find ways to support yourself. Reach out to
friends and allow them to help you. It is being strong to ask for
help when you need it.
Be Loving To Your Negatives - Acknowledge that you created
them to fulfill a need. Now, you are finding new, positive ways to
fulfill those needs. So, lovingly release the old negative patterns.
Take Care Of Your Body - Learn about nutrition. What kind of fuel
does your body need to have optimum energy and vitality? Learn about
exercise. What kind of exercise can you enjoy? Cherish and revere the
temple you live in.
Mirror Work - Look into your eyes often. Express this growing
sense of love you have for yourself. Forgive yourself looking into
the mirror. Talk to your parents looking into the mirror. Forgive
them too. At least once a day say: "I love you, I really love you."
Love Yourself .. Do It Now - Don't wait until you get well, or lose
the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Begin now --
and do the best you can.

Power of love
By Jaguar Speaks
LOVE is a word we are afraid to use in Malaysia with anyone we do not have an emotional relationship with. We are conditioned to avoid loving relationships with anyone other that the person we are “in love with” or our parents or children.
One of the fundamental laws of healing is love – unconditional love, not that which is generally found in our society.
We do not have to start liking a person who hurts us, but we can send “love” to the person because as we do so, we transform ourselves.
As we learn about the power of love we come to understand that we are using this power to transform the way we interact with that person and how that person interacts with us. This power transforms difficult situations at work and anywhere else for that matter.
The power of love has been used effectively worldwide to transform difficult relationships, heal illness, develop more self confidence, protect a person or property, build their businesses, increase their sales, find lost money, discover a creative idea, sell real estate, rent a home, find a job, and finish a difficult project.
Think of a seemingly impossible situation that you are currently facing and use the following exercise to let love transform this circumstance in your life.
Whether you can see a clear image does not matter. The process will work just as well if you simply think about the things that I am suggesting you to visualise.
What is critical is that you combine the thought (image or words) with a positive emotion. Really feel the emotion of joy and happiness as you see yourself celebrating the success of this experiment.

How to discover breakthrough solutions to seemingly impossible situations:

Keep this article with you and use it every time you encounter a seemingly difficult and impossible situation. It works all the time but we have to make an effort to make it work.
Ask yourself this question – Do I want an unbearable situation to continue or is it worth five, 10, 15, 20 minutes of my time every day to make a loving change in the situation at work, at home, with another person or child?
When Thich Nhat Hanh speaks about love, we are reminded that the most precious thing we can give to the ones we love is our mindfulness, our attention, our presence.

Remember: Every day in every way, in my body, mind and spirit, I am in perfect balance with the divine universe.
THE first crystal we have to work with happens to be our bodies. We have been doing that since this series began. We have been cleansing our chakras so that the crystals inside us are clean. The shower cleansing exercise is one way of doing this.
I believe that humans are living crystals. The blood and fluids that make up our body are basically liquid crystals. Water, which makes up three quarters of our body, is a living crystal.
One thing we can be sure of when we work with crystals is change. When we set out on a spiritual (as opposed to religious) path, if we are sincere, we will face a number of tests that will bring us closer to God and our purpose in life.
I would like to invite you to join me now on another journey into the wonders of crystals and our selves. In doing so we will discover more about how to keep our selves and our families healthy and strong. Our vibrations will get better and stronger as we continue our journey.
To start, you will need a handful of crystals (about 15-20) and a friend to help you. The crystals can be tumbled stones available at most crystal shops at inexpensive prices (less that RM5 per crystal) but should cover the colours we have shared in the chakras. The shop you go to should be able to give you a selection. If you need help, e-mail me and I will make some suggestions.
Once you have your crystals and friend with you, we can start. (You will need to keep this article with you, as it is the start of a series).
Spread out the crystals in front of you on a tabletop or on the floor. Now, pick one that you like. Try not to evaluate or think about what you are doing. Simply look and take one.
We have just intuitively chosen our first healing crystal: we chose it with our eyes. This is our soul or emotion crystal, the crystal of the south.
Next, close your eyes and ask your friend to rearrange the stones so that you no longer know where each one is. Pass your left hand, eyes closed, across the crystals spread out in front of you. Do this for as long as it takes for you to feel an impulse to pick one up. Just do it without thinking about it.
Now we have chosen our second healing crystal intuitively: we chose it with our hand. This is our body crystal, the crystal of the west.
Now ask your friend to call out individual keywords that match any of the crystals in front of you, words that refer to the properties and healing powers of the stones (When you buy your crystals, ask the proprietor to tell you the name and meaning of each crystal you buy very briefly, or see below).
Try to avoid any indication towards any keyword that goes with each crystal. If a keyword is called out that means something to you, or gives you a feeling inside (whether pleasant or unpleasant), say so immediately and let your friend give you the crystal, which fits the keyword.
We have now intuitively chosen our third healing crystal. It was chosen by means of a word. This is the crystal of our intellect, the crystal of the north.
Now ask your helper to lay out the stones in a row, but invisible to you. Then let your helper tell you how many stones have been laid in the row, and you then give a number between one and the total number of crystals. Your friend should then pass you the crystal that is lying in the row in the position you have chosen.
We have intuitively chosen our fourth crystal: it was chosen “at random”. This is our crystal of spirit, the crystal of the east.
These four crystals will now represent our personal healing crystals at this moment in time. Each of these crystals represents a different quality and another side of us as each method of choosing includes or excludes various areas of our life.
Crystals are a gift to us from our creative source. They are as natural as flowers, trees and any other part of nature. They grow naturally in the earth over millions of years and contain the energy of the earth. Crystals have a chemical composition and energy of their own. (Decorative glass crystals are not crystals, as we know them, as they are man-made from glass.)
We will share and learn about crystals together and see there are seven systems of crystals that fit into a specific type and one type that fits nothing. These types of crystal also tell us about our lifestyle and more about ourselves than we may realise. The systems are cubic (square), hexagonal (hexagon), triongal (triangle), tetragonal (rectangle), orthorhombic (diamond shaped square), monoclinic (parallelogram), triclinic (trapezium) and the odd one is amorphous (circle). You may need to ask your children who do geometry at school to help you draw these shapes.
To find out which lifestyle suits or explains you best, ask someone to draw these shapes and lay them in front of you. Pick the shape that appeals to you most. Remember this shape as we will talk about each one later in this series.
Every crystal has a chemical formula. For example, the chemical formula for the clear “rock crystal” is Si02 (but I am not teaching science in this series).
In our journey, we will see that every crystal fits into one of the 7 plus 1 systems, and that each has a specific science based on mineralogy. All crystals have a mythology around them dating back thousand of years as different people and different cultures have used them for healing, spiritual or other purposes.
Every crystal helps us amplify the healing energy we are born with to heal at a spiritual, emotional, mental and physical level. We will examine these levels as we progress.
Crystals have been safely and effectively used for generations. I do not suggest that crystals replace Allopathic Medicine. I do suggest they complement any form of treatment you may be undertaking and they have almost no side-effects (and if they do, just stop using them and the side-effects disappear).
Before we use our crystals, we must cleanse and purify them. There are many ways, so let’s start with a simple and easy way. We need a bowl made of natural material (glass, ceramic, stoneware, wood, etc). Avoid using plastic or metal. Pour either natural water or distilled water into the bowl and add a pinch of sea salt (the exact proportion being a quarter of a teaspoon per litre of water). We can use the same method to purify every new crystal that we get (whether it is a jewel or simply a stone) for a whole week – seven days and seven nights. This will ensure that its memory, former programming and positive ions, which have accumulated around the electromagnetic field of the crystal, are completely purified.
The crystal has a very extensive memory. It remembers all the places it has been, all the people who have touched it and all the forces that have impregnated it. It is its molecular structure that gives it this “ability”. Minute pieces of crystal are used as “chips” in computers and act as their memory.
To work successfully with our crystals, we must purify them properly. We want to know exactly what forces it amplifies, what “memories” it contains. For our healing, we do not work with any force, without knowing about it (that’s a bit like using someone’s old needle). We need to cleanse any negative vibrations in the crystal’s memory by placing it for a whole week in the solution of salted water.
When our crystals have been cleansed and purified, we can form them in a circle with each crystal in the appropriate position (north, south, east and west). Sit or lay in the circle for 10 to 15 minutes facing each direction starting with the south, then west, north and lastly east. We can use this circle as our recovery island in our daily life. Even a few minutes in the circle facing north will be relaxing and regenerating.
Repeat our affirmation “Every day in every way, in my body, mind and spirit, I am in perfect balance with the divine universe” inside the circle boosts its power and effect. Try it and in our next article we will share more about love, laughter and happiness.
We die but are reborn in the real world of the great hope, where there exists only the spirits of everything: and we are able to know this true life here on earth if we purify our bodies and our souls, bringing us closer to the great hope which is all purity (from the secret rites of the Sioux Indians).

Working with crystals
By JAGUAR SPEAKS
DID you find your crystals and try out the circle? How did it feel?
In general, when working with crystals, the size of the crystal does matter, and we have only started with small tumbled stones. As you get more used to your crystals, you may want to get bigger crystals.
This week I want to talk about the healing energy we all have in our hands. Crystals or stones cannot do their healing work alone. They simply amplify your own healing energies and intentions.
We must be conscious of this when we work with one or several crystals for healing purposes. Take a few minutes each day to energise our thought patterns through breathing exercises and visualisation. If you do this, you will obtain beneficial and even spectacular results with crystals.
Force follows thought, which is the creator. Once expressed, it continues to work, especially when it is strengthened by daily visualisation. This force, once oriented according to the specific ray of the crystal prism being used, is amplified and channelled continuously through it.
Our hands are natural healing instruments that are adaptable and allow those we are helping to draw only what they need from us. We cannot subconsciously transmit a harmful force to someone through our hands. We need to learn how to use our hands properly for helping others before working with crystals.
In the cup of our hands there is a secondary chakra, which is able to emit and receive at the same time. Some people call it the eye of the hand, because it can see and read. If we hit our knee on the corner of the table, we instinctively cover it with our hand because our body knows that in our hand there is a healing force. When we meet someone close to us who is upset, our first natural gesture is to put our hand on them.
To help others we must help and understand ourselves. This is why the first few articles of the Good Vibrations series started with understanding our body through chakras. As we increase our vital energy, we will be better equipped to transfer this to the person we seek to help. Compare the phenomenon with an electric wire. My friends at Tenaga Nasional explain that very thin wires can take only a weak voltage, while a larger, thicker wire can carry much more.
When we do not possess much vital energy, or our channels or energy circuits are small or blocked, they will only be able to release a small amount of healing “current” to help anyone in need. Alternatively when we have an abundance of vital energy and all our channels are properly open, we will be able to transmit a stronger “current”, providing a greater healing force and obtaining better results.
To increase our vital energy and to open up all our channels, we must first reconsider what we eat (remember we talked about food for our chakras a few months back). By eating food that is high in vital energy, we will increase the vital energy inside our selves.
A simple way of increasing the vital energy in our food is by using our hands. Hold the hands one in front of the other, with the palms turned inwards. Move them towards and then away from each other, try to notice the sensations that you feel. After a while, you will become aware of a stronger feeling in a certain, precise spot, as if you were holding a ball of energy in your hands. Now rub your hands well with your elbows out and blow on them. Carry on doing this until they become warm.
Now hold them as before, again moving them towards and away from each other. You will feel your ball of energy increased, almost doubled – and even more in some cases.
This is what has happened. By rubbing our hands together, we have stimulated our secondary chakra in the palm of our hands, which feels and emits more. We have doubled the energy field between them. By rubbing in this way we have stimulated the wave nerve, which connects the brain with all the other glands in the human body. This helps balance the two hemispheres of the brain, providing us with better perception.
We can also boost the vital energy of our food before eating it. First taste a little bit of every item in silence, taking care to remember the exact taste of each. Then rub your hands together as described above and place them above your plate while projecting, through your hands, the following thought, “to help and to cure”. When you feel the ball of energy rising in your hands, your food has assimilated the energy.
This procedure takes between 30 seconds and a minute. Raw vegetables only need about 15 seconds, while “fast food” can take as much as four minutes. The better the food is for your health, the less time you need to energise it. After doing this, taste each item of food again. You will certainly notice a difference. (If you carry out this test with a glass of water, you will find it easier to notice the difference since water has a very neutral taste.)
With the help of this technique we can find out whether food has gone bad or is poisoned. If you do not feel any energy returning to you, think twice before you eat the food.
Always remember that if your hands do not give you the expected energy response, it is because the food is not good for you. When you go to a restaurant, energise everything you eat. Sometimes, if an item on the plate will not respond, I suggest you avoid eating it.
My advice, particularly to those who are ill or recovering from illness, is only eat food that has been energised. In order to get well and recuperate, it is important that you eat only food that is good for you. Even medicines can benefit from this practice of energising, with the focused thought: to help and to cure.
It is not always necessary to taste the food before energising it, but initially it is a good practice to do it for the first few times so that you can see for yourself how this practice really changes the quality of what you are eating.
Try this over the next two weeks; spend time in your personal circle,
Repeat our affirmation: Every day in every way, in my body, mind and spirit, I am in perfect balance with the divine universe

The Master crystal
By JAGUAR SPEAKS
IF there were to be one “master crystal”, it would be the rock crystal, also known as clear quartz. The rock crystal is “pure light” – when held to the light at a certain angle, all the colours of the rainbow can be seen. It is one of the most perfect forms in the universe. It relates to our ninth chakra, our uppermost spiritual centre.
Light and perfect flow are the properties we use in healing. Anything that is thick and heavy does not pass through crystal because it is pure light. The same is true for illness-causing emotions and feelings like hatred, jealousy, envy, anger and so on.
Rock crystal is one of the Trigonal class of crystals. It is formed hydrothermally out of pure, silicic acid solution with no foreign substances contained in it.
The Greeks believed rock crystal to be deeply frozen ice. In all cultures, it is thought to be a healing and magical crystal. Rock crystal was thought to be able to drive away demons and disease and was used as a strength and energy supplier. Crystal balls made from it were used for predicting the future.
On a spiritual level, rock crystal encourages clarity and neutrality and thus improves perception and understanding. It strengthens conviction and encourages development that is appropriate to our own inner nature.
On an emotional level, a rock crystal helps recall forgotten memories and brings them into conscious awareness. It helps with solving problems in simple ways and in revitalising capabilities we thought we had lost.
On the mental level, a rock crystal helps bring self-knowledge and, in the form of phantom quartz, helps us overcome what we believe are mental limits.
Physically, a rock crystal revitalises parts of the body that have lost feeling, are cold, numb or paralysed. It balances the working of both halves of the brain, fortifies the nerves and stimulates glandular activity. Rock crystal supplies energy and can reduce fever and alleviate pain, swelling, nausea and diarrhoea.
One of the best places to wear a rock crystal is on the “spiritual plexus”. This is a point on the breastbone between the solar and cardiac plexus. (Halfway between our third and fourth chakras.) This is the most sensitive part of the body as it is through the spiritual plexus that we receive all impressions, feelings and emotions.
A natural-shaped rock crystal will have six sides. If you choose to wear this crystal, it should be worn with the points facing downwards towards the earth. It is important that the base of the crystal is not completely covered so the crystal can continue to breath. If we cover the end completely in gold, silver or other metal, the crystal cannot breath and looses its energy. We should also avoid allowing others to touch the crystal we are wearing no matter how tempting it may be. Allowing others to hold our crystals lets their energy enter the crystal and affect us.
As the rock crystal has one of the most perfect physical forms in nature, this perfection makes it beneficial for us on a deep healing level. No crystal healing kit is complete without a number of natural six-sided rock crystals (at least four to six so you can make a circle corresponding to north, south, east and west).
When we are born, we have the potential to achieve everything we want in life. We are like perfect rock crystals. Negative situations in our lives create imperfections, but we are naturally perfect.
The crystals I wear at my spiritual plexus are malachite or rutilated quartz (outside my clothing). I wear a small jade at my heart chakra inside my clothing. I wear different bracelets depending on “my mood”. I used to have a rock crystal I wore but it “belonged” to someone else and when they came into my energy, I freely gave it to that person.
This is an important lesson with crystals; sometimes we may be temporary custodians of a crystal until the right person comes. Then we should give freely no matter what the cost.
Often in my meditations, I have felt I should share a crystal with someone and I have followed my inner guidance. When we share the energy of the crystals with the “right person”, and this is especially true with the natural six pointed rock crystal, we have been chosen as a pure channel entrusted to bring the right crystal to the right person. We never loose in “giving” as we always receive more than we give in some way from the universe.
Every class of crystal tells us something about our lifestyle. As has been mentioned, the rock crystal is part of the Trigonal class of crystals. Other crystals in the Trigonal group include agate, amethyst, aventurine, calcite, chrysoprase, citrine, hematite, jasper, carnelian, marble, rhodochrosite, ruby, sapphire, tigers eye and tourmaline.
The triangle is the simplest geometric form – likewise, the Trigonal lifestyle is basically very simple. If this is your own lifestyle, you will lead a simple, uncomplicated life, very constant and tranquil. You are quite able to appreciate the comforts of luxury, if it is affordable, but you are never prepared to pay an overly high price for wealth or power. Your principles in life are very pragmatic and realistic, the motto “minimal effort, maximum success” dominate your actions. Where possible, you choose the path of least resistance, but you are able to stick to a certain position or opinion and wait patiently until its hour arrives. Generally speaking, you are more inclined to let things come to you. Hasty action is foreign to you.
You are also very pragmatic in your actions. You like to learn by observing and are very skilled at simplifying things or procedures. Occasionally, you may be accused of being a bit lazy, but it may be worth remembering here that the greatest inventions were created out of a kind of laziness: the desire to make life easier! For this reason, you are usually completely practical. Complicated theories rarely interest you.
In principle, you do not create unnecessary complications. Usually, you are able to arrive at acceptable solutions to difficulties and problems without a great deal of thought. As a rule you are therefore, much valued by others who like to obtain practical advice or encouragement from you. If an immediate solution is not forthcoming, you are generally convinced it will work out, able to sleep peacefully and remain relaxed until the saving idea arrives.
You love to indulge yourself and will occasionally let yourself go. You try to avoid conflicts and disagreements and genuinely dislike quarrels and violent emotions. Domestic peace is welcomed and when you have managed to arrange your life in such a way, you can be contented. The atmosphere in which you feel most at home is one of tranquility and comfort.
Your ability to find simple solutions makes you a valued advisor with an effective realism. Experiences and traditions are the foundation of your support. It easy to separate fantasy from fact, so where you do provide criticism, it will be well founded; if you recommend something, it can be relied upon.
The Trigonal personality has great common sense and natural clarity of thought that is direct and honest and does not allow a person to be deluded easily. Normally you are able to be neutral, to listen without making value judgments and to understand what someone else is saying. This is exactly what enables you to help others best. This neutrality enables you to be tolerant and acquire the ability to take others as they are, no matter whether you agree with what they say or not. People are able to sense they can trust you and your words will weigh more than the statements of enthusiastic champions of particular opinions.
Remember, have fun – whatever else, enjoy your daily sit-in in your crystal circle and continue with the affirmation: Every day in every way, in my body, mind and spirit, I am in perfect balance with the divine universe.
My closing thought for this week: Almost every week there are new medical advances that hold promise to cure illnesses that are presently incurable. These discoveries are amazing and absolutely heartening. Hopefully their development will accelerate in the years to come. However, love will always remain the most potent healing force of all.
The more love I have in my life, the more quickly I heal; the more love I have in my life, the more likely I am to remain well, the better I feel. God works through people in many ways. The most special way is the transmission of love from one person to another. Love is the ultimate expression of God’s healing power.
Love is free and available to everyone. We don’t have to go through any kind of training or develop any particular aptitude; all we need do is open our hearts. There are endless numbers of people to love.
When One is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are healed.
Therefore in the name of who I AM, and I am one with all;
I ask that ONLY THAT WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GOOD OF ALL CONCERNED
HAPPEN THROUGH ALL DIMENSIONS, TIME AND SPACE
in the way that is for the highest good.
I give thanks that this is done!
As a flash of lightning striking on our sight
Destroys our visual spirits, so that the eye
Cannot make out even a brighter light;
Just so, an aureole burst all about me,
Swathing me so completely in its veil
That I was closed in light and could not see.
"The Love that keeps this Heaven ever the same
Greets all who enter with such salutation,
And thus prepares the candle for His flame."
No sooner had these few words penetrated
My hearing than I felt my powers increase
Beyond themselves; transcendent and elated,
My eyes were lit with such new-given sight
That they were fit to look without distress
On any radiance, however bright.
I saw a light that was a river flowing
Light within light between enamelled banks
Painted with blossoms of miraculous spring;
And from the river as it glowed and rolled
Live sparks shot forth to settle on the flowers.
They seemed like rubies set in bands of gold;
And then, as if the fragrance overthrew
Their senses, they dove back into the river;
And as one dove in there, out another flew.
"The flame of high desire that makes you yearn
For greater knowledge of these things you see
Pleases me more the more I see it burn.
But only this same water satisfies
Such thirst as yours. You must bend down and drink."
- So spoke the sun and pole-star of my eyes.
And added: "The river and the jewels you see
Dart in and out of it, and the smiling flowers
Are dim foretastes of their reality."
I am the Jaguar
I welcome the chance to share my thoughts with you
Today I share a quote from Mother Teresa
Love is a fruit in season at all
times, and within the reach
of every hand.
Begin today! No matter how feeble
the light, let it shine as best it may.
The world may need just that
quality of light which you have.
