The basic laws of healing LOVE-INTENTION-NON ATTACHMENT

LET’S look at the three integral and indispensable laws of healing. The first one is unconditional love. Some time back, we shared the five-minute miracle, which is based on unconditional love – love that is not possessive, which does not restrain, which gives itself equally to everyone. Like the sun, this love radiates for every one regardless of their race or religion.

Empathy is at the heart of any helping relationship. We must want to help to be able to carry out a process that will be beneficial, right and balanced for another person. We must feel this compulsion to help in a spirit of empathy and love.

We need to be careful in understanding this love, which is empathy, with sympathy. Sympathy will alienate those we feel sorry for because when we sympathize with someone, we cannot be comfortable facing their feelings. We suffer when confronted by their suffering, because we want it to stop. However, with empathy, we do not get directly involved in their suffering. Empathy is something detached and only to give and to share. It is the same for everyone, regardless of the degree of suffering.

This empathetic attitude comes from understanding who we are. Through meditation we come to recognize the mystery within. We can then become conscious of the fact that the other person is a reflection of the same mystery. This love in empathy is, at the same time, love of ourselves. It is a matter of giving to another person what we would wish to receive. Through this sense of togetherness – that we are one – we learn to share those resources of love that are inside us.

This kind of love cannot be expressed without loving ourselves. It is only then that we are in a position to love others. We must feel empathy for ourselves before experiencing it with others. This attitude of empathy should accompany any meditation, when we sit in silence and sense the mystery that lives inside us all.

To help others we must give ourselves some moments of relaxation and pleasure. Try to allocate at least one day a week to doing only those things that you like. It is important for a healer to be replenished so that there is a well of happiness, well-being and joy to pass on to others, without any loss of personal energy.

We should enjoy our self wherever we can. It is very important to understand that we must look after ourselves before trying to look after others. (The biggest failing in care givers and healers – myself included.)

This is why the first integral principle in any approach to a helping relationship is unconditional love. Healing comes only from unconditional love. When someone embodies love all over, they will succeed in healing just with a touch of the fingertips. The great miracle workers and healers of our age all embodied this principle of unconditional love. It is this principle that will heal our nation and our world, and make Vision 2020 and national unity a reality as we practice unconditional love for our brothers and sisters regardless of race and religion.
The method used for healing, whether it be homeopathy, crystal therapy, phytotherapy, psychotherapy or traditional medicine is not as important as this first underlying principle of unconditional love. Our ability, as healers (and we all are healers), to live these basic truths necessary for healing will always bring about a healing.

The second fundamental law of healing is non-attachment. Sympathy is a sentiment that is attached, while empathy involves absolutely no attachment.

Non-attachment signifies that we are not linked to the result and understand that it is the other who is responsible for their own cure. It is never the healer who heals the other. We are only a tool, a channel and an instrument of the divine in the healing process. The best healer and the best medicine in the world will not heal anyone who does not want to be healed. The illness will remain or move to another spot, but it will not disappear because the “ill person” has decided to keep it, consciously or otherwise.

We must remember that as a healer we are not God. The only person responsible for a cure is the one affected. This is why we must be unattached to the result. If that person we are helping gets better, we must not feel proud and boast about the cure. Equally, if the person does not get better, we should not blame our self or feel guilty as long as we have practiced these three basic rules in our healing approach.

The principle of non-attachment is insurance for the healer and guarantees they will always be objective, impartial and well-balanced. It is the ill person who will succeed in curing themselves. We need to remember that illness is an opportunity for growth, a signal that tells us we must change and restore our harmony with the universe. Illness is not so much a negative affair as something that can be healthy for our evolution. This applies in every aspect of our life including at our national and international level. When we see past challenges as mistakes that have helped us grow we become better in every way.

Sometimes, the healing for someone may actually involve death, which is itself a stage of growth, a transition. The healer will come across cases where people have finished their time in this life and our role may be to lead them to death and help them to die. It is essential that in such a case the individual be allowed to progress naturally. Herein lies one of the great problems of allopathic medicine, because it tries by all means possible to keep people alive, even when this conflicts with their time to die. We all know the suffering that this can cause both family and patient.

The healer should work on the person affected. We should strengthen and help their sense of evolution and development.

This brings us to the third fundamental law, which is intention. Having a clear intention of what we want to achieve is fundamental to all therapeutic applications. Energy follows the thought, like an electric wire carrying the healing current.

Imagining clearly the intention of the treatment will help the healer to use fully their healing energy, whether through a crystal, allopathic medicine, or simply advice. If we know how to keep clearly in mind our intention to heal, the results will be all the more positive. Sadly, in our fast-paced world, many healers treat their healing as “just a job”.

We want to reduce the suffering, soothe the pain and cure the illnesses. This intention is inappropriate because what stand out are “suffering”, “pain” and “illness”. Importance is being given to the problem. We should refrain from energising the problem and, instead, energise the person, by giving them strength to help relieve them of the health problems they are experiencing.

A good intention is “This person is showing perfect health, the forces are circulating freely throughout their body and they feel absolutely fine.” By imagining this intention, the healing energy will follow the thought, the channel that you have prepared for it. The patient will be better equipped to use, in a beneficial way, the energy that is available through you at that moment.

Everything is in the intention. Remember, when we eat our food, if we forget to concentrate on the intention to help and to cure, we will know it soon enough. The effect of this practice will be greatly reduced, your digestion will not be so good and the taste of the food will be less enhanced.

I agree and understand that we need to know the illness thoroughly, what its effects are and so on. We have to name the illness but it is not good to confirm the existence of the illness in fatalistic terms or to talk about it in such a way near the patient. We must learn how to choose our words carefully and allow the energy to circulate in a way that will be helpful for the cure. How many times have you heard a doctor, at the bed of a patient, talk in fatalistic terms that energise the illness.

We must never forget that the illness does not really exist, that it is transitory. In fact, we do not exist either, because we are transitory. We are continually in a state of change. In reality, the “Hazri” now writing this article will not be the same “Hazri” when you read it.

I believe with absolute certainty that illness is never a test from the divine. All illness is a signal that we are out of alignment with the divine will for our lives. As soon as we realign ourselves with the divine will, we heal ourselves.

I have recently been nominated as the country coordinator for Malaysia, for Humanity’s Team, a new worldwide movement that seeks to bring people together around a central organizing principle – that the world does not have to be the way it is, and that individual people can change it, using the power of spiritual citizenship. The mission of Humanity’s Team is to create the space of possibility for a new spirituality to emerge on the earth. It seeks to do this by causing humanity to see that there may be something human beings do not understand about God and about Life, the understanding of which could change everything. I want to invite all Malaysians to join me in this venture (read more about it at http://www.humanitiesteam.com ) and then write to me. I am asking for volunteers across all races and religions who believe we can make a difference in Malaysia and the world.

Another Disaster (NKVE Damansara) and another list of excuses and reason for it
After each one we are asked and ask why
But as time goes by we repeat the same mistakes
We were spared the tragedy of Loss of Life this time but I teach and believe that Everything Happens in Life for us to learn a lesson.
If we learn the lesson we grow, personally and as a nation
If we refuse to learn the lesson (and we are good at refusing to learn lessons) the lesson repeats until we have no choice to learn the lesson.
Nature provides valuable lessons and expects our respect .When we refuse to respect Nature we are taught a lesson. Greed has no place in Nature and has No place in a Country that has the Worlds highest and grandest Vision in VISION 2020.

The Solution is Simple - I shared the solution on National TV after the Highland Towers Tragedy.

Require every developer to provide insurance against anything going wrong.

Insurance Companies assess Risk better than anyone I know (and I do not work for any Insurance Company). They employ the best or have access to the best and if having insurance is a criteria for approval it will be very hard for any corrupt official of Politician want to help a friend to close their eyes to "Missing Insurance" We have to have insurance to Drive our cars on the Road so that if anyone is hurt by our actions their loss in minimised.

So if we want to destroy nature to make a profit we should have Insurance to protect those who may be hurt.

I have been told that Insurance would make the projects to costly. I ask about the value of Human life destroyed when things go wrong.

Insurance is actually inexpensive if all the risks are minimised.

So Once again I ask

Next time it may be you Husband, Wife or Child then what will you say?

For My friends around this Beautiful World.
Today is probably the most important day in the Muslim Calendar
It marks the end of Ramadan, a time of fasting, cleansing and communion with God for all Muslims
Today Muslims around the world will greet each other in Peace and Love and ask of each other forgiveness.
Families will Gather, There will be great Celebrations.
In Malaysia I would greet you with the words
SELAMAT HARI RAYA. MAAF ZAHIR DAN BATIN. This simply means Happy Raya, I seek your forgiveness.
I share with you a verse that was gifted me by Spirit for this occasion.

If you know a Muslim make an effort to greet them in Love today.Show them that WE ARE ALL ONE

For My Muslim Brothers and Sisters - I ask that you greet EVERYONE with Love today and ask of them FORGIVENESS

If we learn to greet each other in Love then just perhaps we can learn to understand each other regardless of Race or Religion.
We have caused too much hurt in the name of Nation and Creed. Lets us Unite in LOVE. Lets repeal the 1452 Doctrine of Discovery (http://ili.nativeweb.org/sdrm_art.html) and replace it with the Doctrine of Love.

Another year has been and gone and what must we first say.

Tradition tells me I must ask forgiveness from you all.

So from my Head and hand and Heart I ask in love from all,

I ask your forgiveness for all that I have done to hurt in any way.

But as I ask I find myself in a quandary in my heart

Why only once a year forgiveness we ask, with so much ease?

Is it because the custom makes it easy and it comes not from our hearts?

What must we do, so all the year are hearts are full of Love?

So deep a love that it forgives, each moment between us all.

We speak of love and we say, we love each other pure and clean.

But still it seems so easy to forget and let the anger

rise up in us and cause a pain or hurt in one so dear.

So as I ask of each of you Forgiveness for past mistakes,

I make this solemn vow to each of you that from this moment onward

Forgiveness and love shall be my guide and I shall truly try

To be a loving friend to each of you forever and a day

You all are angels in my life. You make each day a pleasure.

Thank you from my Head, hand and heart

Selamat Hari Raya

Eid Mubarak

Raya 2003

To each of you that I am honoured to call friend I say

I LOVE YOU .............................. I ASK YOUR FORGIVENESS
(insert the name of the person you want in the dotted line) And Remember to Forgive Yourself as well

When you see the misfortune of your brother, do not rejoice,
for God may save him and afflict you with the same misfortune.

Cleansing of The Mind

To seek truth in any form, an examination of our thoughts and how we produce those thoughts may be our first step. If we seek to progress and move forward in an all-positive future, it becomes necessary to examine just what we are thinking, and what we are telling ourselves. You may ask, “How can I find truth in all things through my own thoughts?” You get honest with yourself. We are all of human nature, and not without mistakes or errors. Learning to recognize our own behaviour through the thoughts that we keep helps us all to find a much more clear solution to living. As we learn to examine what we are communicating to our self, we come to know the true nature of our self, and the true person we are.

Keep all things simple. For one full minute each day stop, stop everything you are doing, and take that moment to listen to what you are thinking. Is it positive, does it make you feel joy, or does it bring you worry? We all have individual circumstances in which infringe into our daily lives, the question then becomes what do we do with these circumstances and what choices do we make within our thoughts which produce our behaviour?

We have an internal choice in which can be made at any moment of any day. The beauty, it all comes from within. No one can think for us, although many may be persuaded and led by the words of others. The words you may find yourself led by were produced from another’s thoughts. Do you control and think for yourself, or are you led by the power of persuasion of others? These questions that are posed, are meant to help each individual begin to recognize and identify the true person they are now.

One truth is that all things will change, every moment is somewhat different than the last and the moment we have ahead of us. Each individual will interpret each moment differently, as we all have different perceptions. As each moment that we live constantly changes, we also as a people have the ability to change and grow also, if we chose to think it and know it.

Once we think something long enough, we will come to believe it. When we believe it, we then begin to speak it. Once spoken we begin to spread what we feel is a truth, and often times will manifest itself through our own behaviour and through the reactions of others. “What you think is what you get.” As a series on this subject, simply, only think upon the things in which are mentioned in the foregoing. Take one moment each day to stop, and to listen to the thoughts you hold and simply ask, “Is this truth?”

1. Faith is the ability to not panic.

2. If you worry, you didn't pray. If you pray, don't worry.

3. As a child of God, prayer is kind of like calling home every day.

4. Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.

5. When we get tangled up in our problems, be still. God wants us to be
still so God can untangle the knot.

6. Do the math. Count your blessings.

7. God wants spiritual fruit, not religious nuts.

8. Dear God: I have a problem. It's me.

9. Silence is often misinterpreted, but never misquoted.

10. Laugh every day, it's like inner jogging.

11. The most important things in your home are the people.

12. Growing old is inevitable, growing up is optional.

13. There is no key to happiness. The door is always open.

14. A grudge is a heavy thing to carry.

15. He who dies with the most toys is still dead.

16. We do not remember days, but moments. Life moves too fast, so enjoy
your precious moments.

17. Nothing is real to you until you experience it, otherwise it's just hearsay.

18. It's all right to sit on your pity pot every now and again. Just be sure to flush when you are done.

19. Surviving and living your life successfully, requires courage. The goals and dreams you're seeking, require courage and risk-taking. Learn from the turtle -- it only makes progress when it sticks out its neck.

20. Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely what others think you are.

Crystals and red tape

IN our previous issue – Crystals and transitions – we talked about change, and one of the first changes our new (Malaysian) Prime Minister announced recently was to focus more efforts to reduce red tape in the civil service. Readers of this column know that I subscribe to the view that crystals help us in every part of our lives, so as the Prime Minister was forming his task force to tackle red tape, the Jaguar also formed an international Task Force of Crystal Experts to address the issue.

The first question I asked is why we have red tape in the first place, and the overwhelming answer I received was that people in authority and with responsibility for making decisions live and work in an environment of fear, lack of self confidence and a lack of willingness to share information.

Red tape and bureaucracy is not a Malaysian phenomenon, but a worldwide one. The Institutional mind operates in a mode of self-preservation and it becomes extremely cautious about change of any type. The change that terrifies the civil service more than any other is giving up power and control.

Most civil servants are committed and dedicated people who truly believe in the work they do and most would welcome any process that would streamline and improve the service they provide to the public.

Sometimes bureaucracies all round the world forget their true purpose and get so tied up in enforcement of the never ending and increasing stream of regulations. Politicians create most of the red tape when they react to problems in society by implementing more controls and systems without thinking of the long-term results of additional rules and regulations they implement. This is how corruption flourishes as people seek ways to get around bureaucracy and regulations.

We have discussed that the first step in any process of renewal, change or healing is acceptance. This is much harder than you might think, as this requires acknowledge that there is something that has to change. When we ask those responsible for the existing system to make changes, we are asking an almost impossible thing.

The people who put the system in place honestly believe it is the right system, so to ask them to accept what they thought was right may no longer be right is a very big ask and that is why very few task forces actually make meaningful changes. The intention is absolutely fantastic but ?

The formulae – accept, forgive, heal (change) – applies to every situation we can possibly imagine. Jack Welsh, the GE Chairman, made it easy – he just directed his people to remove 50% of the levels of approval whether they wanted to or not. Difficult, but very effective.

The issues we have to address to remove red tape in the bureaucracy, in our companies and in our own lives are trust, empowerment, self confidence, and transfer of information (this means letting go of unnecessary secrecy rules).

One of the challenges also involves senior people in the public service who move into the corporate world after their retirement from civil service. They bring with them the public service “red tape” philosophy and transfer and implement these into the private sector. I know of private sector organisations here in Malaysia that require six approvals (red tape) for any action – even when it is within the budget and business plan.

The crystals that will help us deal with red tape and bureaucracy are as follows:

Know as the “stone of Heaven”, azurite encourages the precise verbalisation of experiences. It enhances creative ability and helps eliminate indecision and worries that are quietly agitating in the back of one’s mind. It brings forth the idea that “the truth will come out”.

Azurite enhances self-confidence. It helps give us direction and brings forth required information that helps us understand and release the negative energy in ourselves. The energy of azurite is also conducive to the dissolution of impediments and restraints in our progress. As we focus on the azurite with directed thought to the actualisation of ourselves, we release all barriers in our path and the crystal initiates and expedites the process.

This is a crystal of wisdom and according to Arabic traditions, it is a “stone of the sun” that strengthens the heart.

Tourmaline can be used to attract inspiration and diminish fear by promoting understanding and encouraging self-confidence. It stimulates the balance between the left and right sides of the brain and enhances cooperative efforts in the areas of creativity. It helps us look within the depths of ourselves. We are encouraged to place further interest in our fellow human beings and make ourselves patient and open. Tensions are discharged and we are protected from negative thoughts and stress. Clear and logical thought processes are stimulated and we are able to express our intentions clearly in a focused way.

Verdelite tourmaline also helps us see a number of possible solutions in any situation from which we can choose the best one.

Smokey quartz

Smokey quartz increases our tolerance of stress. It helps us bear sorrow and produce greater effort. It helps us cope more easily with hard times and encourages us to finish work that needs to be done.

Smokey quartz has a relaxing effect. It is the classic “anti-stress stone” that in the long term takes away the tendency to allow ourselves to be stressed and makes us more resistant to stress factors. It encourages sober, realistic and pragmatic considerations. It boosts concentration and helps dissolve contradictions, as well as separate feelings and thoughts. Smoky quartz fortifies the nerves.

This holds the key to knowledge and communication. It is a seeker of truth and combats the fear of speaking the truth. It has the royal colour of integrity, and guides us to break loose from the chains of ignorance.

Kynanite is said to be more powerful than Excalibur. It is a double-edged sword we can use to cut away duality and dualistic concepts that have blinded us to the truth.

It is one of the few crystals in the mineral kingdom that never needs cleaning or clearing; it will not accumulate or retain negative energy or vibrations.

Chrysoberyl is a “stone of immortality”, assisting one to both overcome and progress toward excellence. It elevates one’s sense of self-worth and helps one to understand and to actualise the intrinsic state of perfection, which is available.

Chrysoberyl increases generosity and charitability. It allows us to forgive those who may have performed an injustice. It brings peace of mind to the user and promotes understanding of interactive relationships.

It also promotes the feeling of peace within the physical and intellectual bodies and helps us to be charitable to our selves. It allows us to see the good in our surroundings and to understand opposing views.

As we study this issue, we see it is in fact a healing issue as well as a lifestyle issue. We need the best vibrations as we address these issues to propel ourselves and our nation to be the very best. We have to be confident enough to accept that just because we did it that way before, it may not be good to keep doing it that way.

Remember, accept the reality of the situation. In this case the situation is that red tape is holding us back from being the best that we can be. Forgive ourselves for any past actions or problems that may have been caused by bureaucracy and red tape. Then and only then do we heal, grow and change for the best.

The Prime Minister has taken the first step by making us address the issue of acceptance. He told us last weekend to tell the truth about the challenges we face – as a nation and individually. He told us that a leader fails in his or her duty if they do not have the courage to face the truth.

To those entrusted with the challenge of cutting through red tape, I send to you each a blue and pink cloud of unconditional love and support and ask that every one of my readers do the same every day to strengthen and support our Prime Minister.

Remember: We are all one. When one is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are healed. Therefore in the name of who I am, and I am one with all, I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned occurs through all dimensions, time and space in the way that is for the highest good. I give thanks that this is done.

Accept, forgive, heal and grow.

Crystals and transition

WE live in very interesting times and today we have a new Prime Minister. As a nation we are in a period of transition. Some things will stay the same, but some things have to and will change.

My Dreamspell Calendar for today tells me: I organise in order to explore. Balancing wakefulness, I seal the output of space, with the rhythmic tone of equality. I am guided by my own power doubled.

In our sharing and our study of crystals and their meaning, we see that crystals have an impact in every part of our lives and assist us in all of life’s situations.

If there is one lesson we learn as we become more in touch with the natural energies available to us from this earth, we learn that every situation that occurs does so at the right time and the right place for the right reason.

As our Nation welcomes a new leader and we find new ways of achieving our national vision, we must search ourselves and see how we now have an opportunity to change.

We are able to change ourselves at any time by first accepting the reality of who we are and the situation we are in. Reality is reality and the more we fight against it, the more strength and energy we give to it. This applies to ill health and any situation we find ourselves in. The more we focus on anything, the more we expand it and ensure it continues and magnifies.

The second lesson we can learn is forgiveness. We have learnt that every situation we find ourselves in is the result of our own thinking and actions, or of allowing someone else to control our thoughts and actions. Once we realise this we may start to be angry with ourselves for allowing ourselves to get in the situation we are in. So we must forgive ourselves and anyone or anything that has led us to the situation we find ourselves in.

Once we have accepted and forgiven, we will heal and grow.

This is how we achieve change or transition and move on to new opportunities.

Interestingly, I have just had to move my office so I have to embrace change as well. I have just had the pleasure of speaking to a group of executives and staff at an organisation undergoing forced change. (Some people call it restructuring, a word I greatly disapprove of – I prefer we think of it as revitalising.)

One benefit of my moving office is that I now have a room I can dedicate to healing and counseling. God willing, in 2004, I plan one Sunday a month for free counseling for readers and others who have indicated a desire to meet me personally. More on this in a future issue.

For this week, I have researched and selected three crystals that help us as we engage in and experience times of change and transition.

This crystal provides for increase in personal power and spirituality. It synthesises the energy of the third chakra with the energy of the seventh chakra, providing for utilisation of the intellect in our endeavours.

It helps to both open and activate the crown chakra and brings the energy of astuteness to play in furthering spirituality.

It is a “stone of immortality”, assisting us to both overcome difficulties and to progress toward excellence. It elevates ones sense of self-worth and helps us to understand and to actualise the intrinsic state of perfection, which is available.

Chrysoberyl increases generosity and “charitability”. It allows us to forgive family members or associates who may have performed an injustice. It brings peace of mind to the user and promotes understanding of interactive relationships.

It is recognised as a “stone of transition”, helping us through situations of variability in this life and assisting in the revitalising and reorganisation of old patterns. It further serves to gently induce change and to allow for smooth passage during the change.

Lepidolite can also help us with transitions from one life to another, assists in birth and re-birthing.

The energy of lepidolite is refreshing and almost sentimental. It assists in the transformation of the energies of lesser spiritual ideals to the energies of universal light, hope, and acceptance.

It can enhance the generation of the life-sustaining negative ions in our environment, activating the instinct of self-preservation and enhancing the awareness of well-being.

It is an excellent stone for business pursuits, combining the energy of diplomacy with direction and unimpeded communication.

It assists us in openness and honesty, furthering the openness and honesty of those in proximity.

This crystal is also very useful as a calming agent – it has been used to grid classrooms, shopping centres, conference rooms, concert halls, etc. It has also been used in gridding disorderly areas of the Earth, helping to bring stability to the structure of the key lines and tectonic plates.

It is said to represent the “temple of the stars”, assisting us in sustaining and maintaining, while providing for the understanding of the destiny we has chosen. It brings the light of the other planetary beings to the soul of the user.

The energy of labradorite facilitates the transformation of intuition into intellectual thought such that one can implement the instructions provided. It assists us to traverse changes, attracting strength and perseverance. It has been known as the matriarch of the subconscious mind, providing instructive sessions to the user concerning the implementation of inner messages and the utilisation of it in the physical domain. It can help to provide clarity to the inner sight, instilling passionless peace and imperturbability via the annihilation of disturbing thoughts.

It unites the personal self with the understanding required to both realise and achieve ones destiny in this life, relieving insecurity and apprehension, while enhancing faith and reliance in oneself and the absolute purity of the universal harmony.

It assists us in eliminating aspects of familiarity which obscures thought and blurs instinct, helping one with originality and precision, and bringing uniqueness without judgment to our contemplative patterns.

It helps us to reflect and to facilitate transformations, which are beneficial. It also enhances patience and an inner knowing of “the right time”.

It is interesting that, as I write this, this message should appear in my e-mail inbox: “When will transformation begin? It starts at the moment you decide to change. That’s why it’s so vital for you to stop for a moment and come face to face with one aspect of your life that needs drastic action immediately.” – Neil Eskelin

We are in a time of change and transformation. What are you going to do as a result of this opportunity to change? What are you going to do to make yourself better – heal yourself of any illness? Heal any relationship that is holding you back? Heal any situation that is preventing you from achieving your true potential?
A leadership-change signals that we should be looking at more leadership changes. Not necessarily in the physical sense but in the sense of those things that lead our lives.

Meditating with the crystals we have looked at this week will help us identify those areas of our life that we need to change, be it in business or our personal lives.

(Businesses can benefit by having these crystals in their board rooms: I have seen board rooms in Malaysia with crystals in them.)

Whatever we do or decide to do, remember as you sit in your crystal circle that “We are all one. When one is harmed, all are harmed. When one is helped, all are healed. Therefore, in the name of who I am, and I am one with all, I ask that only that which is the highest good of all concerned happen through all dimensions, time and space in the way that is for the highest good. I give thanks that this is done!”

Be one with our new Prime Minister, be one with our nation, be one with the organisation you are part of and be one with every Malaysian.
